There are three easy ways to order.   PHONE - ONLINE - MAIL / FAX - EBAY STORE. Simply choose the one that suits you.

Orders are usually shipped within 3 days of date of receipt of
payment by us.

ONLINE ORDERS

Complete the order form below, using information from the CATALOGUE - CLICK HERE and hit the "SEND ORDER" button.

Please note we will contact you to confirm the amount payable once postage / freight has been calculated, and to confirm payment details. At that time you can pay using one of the methods below.

• Our preferred method of payment is EFT (refer to details below).

• We accept VISA or MasterCard credit cards for amounts less than one thousand dollars.

MAIL OR FAX ORDERS

Using the details from our DOWNLOADABLE CATALOGUE (click here) fill out our DOWNLOADABLE ORDER FORM (click here) and either:

        Mail it to: P O Box 337, Stanthorpe QLD 4380.
       Fax to 07 4681 6600, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please note that it is important to include phone contact details so that we can contact you to confirm the amount payable once postage / freight has been calculated to complete the payment process.

Our preferred method of payment is Direct Deposit - bank details are provided on the order form and on our invoices.

Other methods of payment include:

• Credit Card (we accept VISA or MasterCard for amounts less than one thousand dollars; no other credit cards).
• Cheque or Money Order payable to NetPro Pty Ltd. (Please don't send cash through the mail).

If you live near southeastern Melbourne, or near Stanthorpe in southeastern Queensland, or you're in the area for a visit, why not pop in?

DELIVERY

Orders weighing less than 20Kg can usually be sent via Australia Post (this is generally the most economical option).
If orders are heavier or over the size limits, we can work out the best freight method to get the items to you.
It is important that we can contact you to confirm the amount payable once postage / freight has been calculated.

 

RETURNS

Should a product be faulty or damaged upon arrival, a replacement will be supplied upon return of the damaged / faulty materials to NetPro (postage / freight expenses are excluded). For large items, please contact our Sales office.
